HOW LONG CAN I USE MY PRODUCTS AFTER OPENING ?
12 months is indicated by the symbol representing a bottle with the “12M” on the label or on your delivery box.
WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE MELĀHUAC PRODUCTS?
Our products have been designed and made in France. We have them made by our partner laboratory FG Cosmétique, in the South of France.
WHAT ARE MELĀHUAC BOTTLES MADE OF?
The bottles are made of recycled glass which allow us to collect them, reuse them and thus reduce our impact, thanks to you. Cap, dispenser and pipette are made of polypropylene (PP); the most ecological type of plastic and easy to recycle. These non-reusable components are collected and entrusted to TerraCycle - an organization specializing in recycling and upcycling.
WHO CAN USE MELĀHUAC PRODUCTS?
The products do not contain essential oils or allergens. They are suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive, for men, women and children over 3 years old.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No, our products are not tested on animals. Even though it is against our values, it is mostly a banned practice in Europe since 2013. Animal testing for the creation of cosmetics is banned in Europe, therefore, our products are not tested on animals and do not contain no ingredients of animal origin. Our products are made in France.
HOW WERE THE FORMULAS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS DEVELOPED?
Our formulas are entirely and 100% original: they have been thought out and imagined by Diana, our co-founder, with ingredients reminiscent of her culture and her country of origin, Mexico. They were then developed by an independent formulator, Frédérique, to make THE product Diana dreamed of. It is very important for Melāhuac to create formulas that are effective, healthy, simple and reminiscent of Mexico. Our formulas have passed toxicological tests and have been validated by a toxicologist to be safe to sell and use.
Delivery
TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship worldwide . Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination. You have the choice between sending by Colissimo, Mondial Relay or picking up the package at Melāhuac in Paris. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
For France, in standard delivery, you should receive your package in 2-4 working days (indicative postal times). For a withdrawal at Melāhuac, you can collect your package in 24 hours. International (Europe), in standard delivery, you should receive your package in 2-4 working days (indicative postal times). Delays may be expected depending on the country. For the rest of the world it takes 6-10 days.
Consign and Returns
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT?
Our bottles are made from recycled glass so they can be returned and reused to reduce our environmental impact and reduce the plastic in our bins. You have the choice to return them at any time, or reach to receive a new box and new products to send them back to us by reusing the original sending box. HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
You can buy your Melāhuac products alone, or take the Melāhuac subscription which contains the day cream and the night serum in the form of a box, without obligation and with 15% off. Every two months, you will be charged. You will only be debited once your order has been validated. If the two-month rhythm does not suit you, you can let us know to adjust your Melāhuac routine rhythm.
